🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The item has not been damaged through misuse or improper care
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing/shoes
  • Socks and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us at service@shunxiang.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

💵 Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In some cases, a 10–20% restocking fee may be applied for non-defective returns.

We accept exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or incorrect items

To process an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚨 Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or it was damaged during shipping:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost
